Product studio

Software which is measured

We design and build B2B platforms end to end — from the first screen to the server they run on. Three of them are in use today.

All projects

  • 3platforms in production
  • 6interface languages
  • RTLfrom the first screen
  • 2ways to deploy: cloud or yours

Selected work

Three products, one way of building them.

4 In development Rook — deal pipeline screen Customer relationships Rook Every exchange with a client in one place — what was said, what was promised, what is still open. Deals move through stages the whole team can see, not one person’s inbox.
5 In development Lark — people directory screen People and HR Lark Headcount, contracts, leave and reviews as one record per person. Managers see their own team, HR sees all of it, and nobody keeps a private spreadsheet.
6 In development Hawk — 360° property viewer screen 3D property sales Hawk Buildings and private homes sold from a 360° walkthrough rather than a floor plan. Pick a floor, turn the view, and see the apartment before it is built.

About us

HexaiSoft

We are a small product studio. We take a business process that still runs on spreadsheets, phone calls and inboxes, and turn it into a platform the whole company can work inside.

Everything we ship carries the same decisions: six interface languages with right-to-left handled from the first screen rather than bolted on, permissions scoped to the role rather than the person, an audit trail behind every change, and AI used only where it measurably saves someone an hour — always with a human able to overrule it. You can run any of it in our cloud or on your own server.

  • Design, front end, back end and infrastructure under one roof
  • Angular and TypeScript on the front, a documented API behind it
  • Handover includes the source, the deployment and the documentation

What we do

Six things, done properly.

  1. 01

    Product design

We start from the process, not the screens. Flows, states and the awkward edge cases first; the interface follows from them.

  2. 02

    Web platforms

Angular and TypeScript front ends against a documented API. Built to stay readable by whoever picks it up after us.

  3. 03

AI where it earns its place

Transcription, scoring, retrieval over your own documents. Scoped, measurable, and always with a human able to overrule the model.

  4. 04

    Localisation and RTL

Six interface languages, right-to-left included, designed in from the first screen — not retrofitted the week before launch.

  5. 05

    Infrastructure

Our cloud or your own server. Role-scoped access, audit trails and a spend cap you set rather than discover.

  6. 06

    Support and iteration

The release is the start. We stay on for the reports, the awkward requests and the second version.
